On 12th June the FCB coaches swapped their ball skills for tong skills and cooked 200 bacon rolls to support Broughton Primary School's fair. The Club also organised a mini-World Cup event and 32 children had to take goal kicks for their world cup country. Congratulations to everyone who took part.  To viewup to the minute match reports for Broughton School please Click Here>

Saturday 14th November 2009 was the time to dust off those flares and leg warmers and boogie on down for the FC Broughton 70s & 80s Disco Night!   A HUGE thank you for everyone who made it to the event.  We made £945.00 for the club which was fantastic!

Celtic Legend Frank McGarvey
To help launch the start of their Summer coaching FC Broughton held a special training day Saturday 27th June at Broughton Playing Fields from 10am to 12.30pm.   In addition to the usual training activities and monthly Lads vs Dads game, there was a number of 4 a-side and 7 a-side games for the younger children and parents to join in, as well as an awards ceremony to mark the progress of the children, which this year was  presented by ex- Celtic and Scotland player Frank McGarvey.
On the 17th April 2010 all proceeds from our food and beverage sales were  donated to Mercy Ships.  Thanks to everyone who made this event a success.  We raised £36.60 which has been match funded taking the total raised to £73.20.  Some of our coaches and dads also took part in the Hairy Haggis Relay at the Edinburgh Marathon on the 23rd May 2010.  Team Messi and Team Rooney did fantastically well..
